A team-oriented conditioning session that involves cardio and strength training methods, where each trooper is responsible for their fellow troopers’ success. It’s the partner accountability and team exercises that make this class an exhilarating challenge. This class will improve overall conditioning, stamina/ endurance, strength, and the best part, mental toughness. This class is built to challenge you in a way that empowers both your mind and body, and helps you reach those 2020 fitness goals.

Founded in November 2013, Lyons Den Power Yoga is an infrared-heated power yoga studio and the only Baptiste-style studio in Manhattan. With locations in Tribeca and Chelsea and classes running from 5am to 8pm, Lyons Den Power Yoga is recognized as a hub for Baptiste Yoga worldwide. Yoga is a great activity that you can do with your child no matter what age! Partner poses are emphasized, ensuring great bonding time. We’ll also include group poses, challenging poses, we’ll play fun yoga games, practice partner acrobatics, and flying partner yoga, all while building confidence and self-esteem, as well as a strong and healthy bodies. Self-expression through yoga is encouraged. This class promises fun for the whole family because you can do yoga together forever!
