TROOPER FITNESS


A team-oriented conditioning session that involves cardio and strength training methods, where each trooper is responsible for their fellow troopers’ success. It’s the partner accountability and team exercises that make this class an exhilarating challenge. This class will improve overall conditioning, stamina/ endurance, strength, and the best part, mental toughness. This class is built to challenge you in a way that empowers both your mind and body, and helps you reach those 2019 fitness goals.

PHYSIQUE 57


Efficient, effective, safe and fun. The Physique 57 method blends cardio, strength training, stretching and recovery to rapidly transform your body. Using your own bodyweight as resistance, this workout targets the muscles in your arms, thighs, seat and abs to the point of fatigue then stretches them for relief. Each class is structured to maximize every minute and move with Physique 57’s signature (scientifically tested) choreography and expert instructors. From smile-inducing music to challenging moves and variations, these workouts never (ever) end in plateaus. It doesn’t get easier — you just get stronger.

MILE HIGH RUN CLUB



Finish off the day with a good sweat and mind-clearing evening run. Open to all levels, coaches will lead you through a dynamic warm-up (think jumping jacks, squats, high knees, etc) and then hit the streets to take down some miles. After the run, finish up with a core challenge and a great runners’ stretch.

At the studio, Mile High Run Club leads treadmill-based interval and strength training classes in a lights-flashing, music-bumping, “we’re in this together” environment. Expert coaches take you through high intensity speed play and tempo work for a more efficient workout so that you achieve your running goals more quickly than just logging miles.
