Finish off the day with a good sweat and mind-clearing evening run. Open to all levels, coaches will lead you through a dynamic warm-up (think jumping jacks, squats, high knees, etc.) and then hit the streets to take down some miles. After the roughly 5 mile course, finish up with a core challenge and a great runners' stretch.
At the studio, Mile High Run Club leads treadmill-based interval and strength training classes in a lights-flashing music-bumping, "we'rein this together" environment. Expert coaches take you through high intensity speed play and tempo work for a more efficient workout so that you acheive your running goals more quickly than just logging miles.
