About Cynthia:

While attending the Art Institute of Chicago (where she had every intention of becoming a painter), Cynthia Rowley fell into fashion when a local department store buyer discovered her on the train. That initial interest gave Cynthia the confidence to move to NYC where she went on to win numerous accolades including a CFDA Award as well as Designer of the Year at the American Image Awards in 2015.

Cynthia is the author of five best-selling books, has appeared on many TV shows, and is the founder of Exhibition A, an institutionally-recognized source for contemporary art editions. Cynthia lives in the West Village with her husband Bill Powers and two daughters.
