Momofuku Ssäm Bar

Momofuku’s Ssäm Bar is a New York Korean restaurant from Chef Eunjo Park. Inspired by the energy of New York and Jo’s background as a Korean-American, the menu features smaller dishes like white pepper wings and smoked sweet-and-sour ribs, as well as larger items like a soy-marinated scallop kimbap and a sizzling skirt steak ssäm. The menu is rounded out with a list of fun cocktails like a spicy margarita made with korean pepper–infused tequila and a peachy gin and tonic.
