Inspired by the love relationship between novelists Vita Sackville-West and Virginia Woolf, Philadelphia’s Vita and the Woolf will release the long awaited new album, Tunnels on June 16 on Believe Global Label Services.
Driven by the anthemic voice of front woman, Jennifer Pague and supported by the dynamic drumming of Adam Shumski and guitar stylings of Dane Galloway, Vita and the Woolf has been melding cross-genre influences in their powerhouse electronic style since the first EP Fang Song was released in 2014.
The band’s head-turning live show has since grown to reflect both the range of Pague’s vocals and the music’s shape shifting energy. Vita and the Woolf will be playing Thursday June 22nd at 6pm. This performance is part of the Seaport Summer Stage presented by Corona Extra. Located by the Garden Bar, the intimate concerts feature emerging and innovative music artists and DJ’s from all over the world.
